Teenagers sometimes begin risk taking behaviors, struggle with self-esteem, or question aspects of their identity, like sexual orientation and gender.

Teens need a therapist who is on their side that they can trust to talk about the very real stresses of teenage life. I work with adolescents to help them express and share their emotions, understand themselves better, work through issues, and begin to make healthier choices.
